All items are packed with the upmost care and thought in mind of travel. In the unfortunate event of breakage or damage, I must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your product/products, with photo confirmation to secure a replacement.  

There is no refund or exchanges for change of mind as each product is made to order and are custom made products.
